This picture is definitely one of my favorites, I really like how I got the wave just before it crashed, and also how part of it already hit the rocks. It was really difficult to get the perfect timing but it was definitely worth the multiple attempts.
I thought this one was really pretty, I really like how the sun is just on the horizon, although next time I would definitely try to get the sun and the model closer together in the photo by taking the picture from a different spot.
This is definitely one photo that I will always remember taking, it was really early in the morning on my way to a funeral. I couldn't help but notice how pretty sunrise was, so I took this photo while we were driving past a farmers field. The hardest thing about taking this picture was the fact that I was in a moving vehicle, but I really like how the sun comes up right beside/behind the barn.
Another one of my favorite pictures would have to be this one, this pose makes the model look quite professional. It was really hard to avoid getting a glare in his glasses though. To fix that I got him to look sort of away from the lights, but next time I would probably try to move the lights so that the models eyes aren't so dark.
Smile! I was really aiming for a happy vibe from this photo, but getting the model to truly laugh was difficult. I really like how you can tell that she is genuinely happy in this, she looks very bright and cheery.
This was taking at Christmas time just after I finished putting up my tree. I really like how clear the ornament is and how festive this photo looks. It was really hard to get good lighting though, because of how yellow my Christmas tree lights are.
The theme I chose for my last 6 photos in my portfolio is "Frozen". I thought it would be a really cool theme to have and not something a lot of others would have. I think when things are frozen it makes everything prettier, and its the worlds way of like preserving life.
